If you regret your purchase (right of cancellation and return)

You have according to the Sale of Goods Act 14 days full right of return when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you

1. har tagit emot din vara eller
2. tar emot den sista varan när det gäller ett avtal där det ingår flera varor som har beställts i en och samma order och som levereras separat.

In June 2014, a new sales law entered into force. The Sale of Goods Act now also allows the return of goods purchased from online shops if the packaging is broken and the product has been tested. There is a difference between a withdrawal and a return.

Right of withdrawal: the product is returned unused and in its original packaging and the full purchase price is refunded.

Right of return: this is where the product is returned after it has been opened and tested. The purchase price is fully or partially refunded based on an assessment of the condition of the goods.

Right of withdrawal: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods if you want to cancel your purchase. Send an email to info@vipla.se. In the notice, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

This only applies to goods in unbroken packaging that have not been used. You cannot change your mind simply by refusing to accept the goods without giving us a clear message.

Right of return

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods if you want to return your purchase. Send an email to info@vipla.se. In the message, you should clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of return.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the type, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you had tried it in a physical shop.

If the product has been tested in any other way than described above, we consider it to have been used, which means that you will only get a partial or no refund if you change your mind, depending on the commercial value of the product. To get a full refund you must therefore do the same as you would in a physical shop. You can try the product but not use it.

Refund of the purchase price

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all amounts received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you use our right of return, we will refund the full amount you originally paid for the product to you. Any depreciation for which you are responsible will be deducted from the purchase price.

In case of returns, we will refund all amounts received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods and evaluated their condition, but only up to 14 days after receiving the goods.

We always refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
